What’s in it for you?
As an IBO, you get your own online shopping site – a state-of-the-art online storefront powered by and maintained by Microsoft Corporation. This gives you the ability to market a diverse product range directly to customers all over the world. You may also recruit (sponsor) and train other people who become IBOs themselves and in turn have the same opportunity. Amway operates in over 80 countries and territories worldwide, giving you an almost unlimited market.
As an IBO, you save on your own purchases via the wholesale cost and may earn income both from the retail markup on any products you sell personally, and a performance bonus based on the sales volume generated by you and any IBO you register directly or indirectly. The products are of high quality typically, exclusive and often concentrated, with more products and services available via over 600 “partner stores”.  Amway products have a 180-day money back guarantee.

we are looking for motivated persons to join our group (Britt World Wide) and benefit from this program. You do not need extensive sales experience, we will train you free of cost and you will also have access to members of my team or upline to help you grow your business. In fact, you do not even need cash to start making money.

A few keys to success
Here then, are some pointers to developing healthy sales and running a successful Amway business
  1. Do your research. You will see many arguments for and against the Amway opportunity, the many people who have failed at it and will advise against the business, those who have found minimal success and those who say they have made millions. As with any other investment (notwithstanding this is a relatively low cost of entry) you have to do your due diligence. Spend time assessing the opportunity and the applicability of the business to your unique situation. It is a no-brainer for me because of the tremendous opportunity it presents. The training material alone and a web portal that allows me to earn while I sleep or am on vacation is enough for me. Will it take some work to get established? Absolutely. I would be worried if it didn’t.
  2. Know the rules, understand the business. Knowledge is the foundation to any business. To be successful you need to understand the rules governing Amway IBO’s. Do not go stocking your supermarket with Amway products. Being sued, especially when you cannot afford a lawyer is not a pleasant thing. Also, this will be your competitive advantage as most people who enter the business will not succeed (yes, I said it). Learn the compensation structure and the incentive schemes.
  3. Do the required training. This is a no-brainer, but many people will not do this and many people will not succeed at this business. Getting the necessary training from your upline or through your own efforts is essential to understanding the business and taking full advantage of the opportunity. Strive to get to the point very quickly, where you are comfortable explaining the opportunity to others.
  4. Sponsor other IBO’s. For some of your friends, products provide the solution they seek. For others, the Amway business opportunity will have strong appeal as they seek a business that can help them achieve their goals. When you sponsor them, you can be rewarded for the business volume they generate. It’s that easy. Sign up for your own Amway business today.
  5. Change your mindset. Train yourself to think like a businessperson and to be always on the lookout for business opportunities. Businessperson first, consumer second (remind yourself often).
  6. Consult with your upline. If you’re need additional perspective to what your immediate upline offers, let him/her help you to go further up. We are all learning in this business. As such, your upline should be happy to get you further up the line to learn from even more successful and experienced IBO’s
  7. Know the products. The easiest way is to use what you sell and sell those items you can stand behind. Alternatively, research your products to see which will be profitable
  8. Be businesslike and professional in our approach. Keep proper records, keep track of orders, conduct your business dealings with professionalism, keep your appointments, keep your promises, keep track of profits, and pay your taxes. We have more than enough examples recently, of what happens when you don’t.
  9. Do not sacrifice your relationships and integrity for a sale. This goes without saying, especially when some friends and family will invariably be your customers
  10. Be committed. This principle is no different from what I see around me at work every day. Some people do not put in enough work to build relationships, follow-up and close the sales deal. Others are always out talking to customers and they reap the rewards of their persistence. Most people you talk to will not buy anything right away. The more people you talk to, the better will be your chance of success. The more committed you are to success, the more likely you will be. It’s all about effort, and this model rewards effort handsomely
  11. Develop and empower your downline. If you do a good job with your downline, you do not have to do so much work yourself, and you ‘buy back’ your time. Invest your time in making them successful and so will you.
